Tiny Birthdays

Have you got a birthday coming up? This year, why not make it a Tiny Birthday – instead of presents or a round of drinks, ask your family and friends to donate to the Human Milk Foundation. Your support will help us to give a tiny baby the precious gift of safe donor milk and could be life-saving.

Buy an HMF gift to support the charity

On World Day of Human Milk Donation 2022 we were so excited to launch our brand new HMF gift store – www.hmfgifts.com.

Produced sustainably in the UK, our beautiful mugs and canvas tote bags feature designs based on human milk science and the snowdrop flower – our charity emblem. All proceeds from the store will help us to support more babies with donor milk.

To view the collection / purchase a mug or tote bag visit the gift store here

Watch this space for more products and designs coming soon!

Fundraise for us

Fancy running a marathon? Cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats? Organising a bake sale? Take a look at our events page to see how you can raise much needed money for the Human Milk Foundation. If you’d like to help us with contacting funders or writing grant applications please drop us an email: info@humanmilkfoundation.org

Become a Friend of the HMF

We need your help to continue expanding our service to make human milk available to every baby who could benefit. One of the best ways that you can support us is to become a Friend of the HMF. In doing so you will be having a direct impact on the lives of babies and we will keep you regularly updated with how your generosity is making a difference.

HMF is an exciting place to volunteer and we are always looking for people to give a helping hand in the work of our charity. If you have some spare time and would like to get involved and gain useful skills please take a look at our volunteers page.

Become a milk donor

If you have milk that is surplus to your own baby’s needs and would like to become a milk donor, please contact your closest milk bank by checking the list at www.ukamb.org/milk-banks/. If your baby is already older than six months, please contact the Hearts Milk Bank team in the first instance, who will help you through the process.
